You may be hearing the term Slim Shaker within the industry, as this thinly framed door is gaining popularity. Committed to providing customers with the options they’re looking for, Meridian Products version of the Slim Shaker is now offered in its M400 series. This series of doors consists of 12 different Slim shaker designs – and our clients are raving over this slim framed look.

The M400 series is part of Meridian’s natural wood, slab contemporary design line. It provides the ability  (through the exceedingly popular Rift White Oak) to have what appears to be booked matched material, with door and drawer fronts having the grain run vertically by design. This is a very cost-effective way to achieve the popular look your customers may be yearning for.

The new Slim Shaker doors are hung like all slab doors, with mounting brackets on the flat back of the door itself. This method allows for a structurally sound mount and a clean, contemporary look for today’s kitchen.
