Dean Youndt
Chief Operating OfficerDean joined Meridian Products in 1995 as Head Engineer, then transitioned to Engineer Manager where he managed maintenance and all Engineer functions. Dean is now the Chief Operating Officer of Meridian Products and is responsible for all manufacturing operations.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys traveling with his wife, hunting with his son, and camping with his family. He has traveled to 20 different countries, for both pleasure and for serving on work teams in 3rd world countries. He especially enjoys experiencing the food and traditions of other cultures and interacting with the people.
